1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WimSuite ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WimSuite provides a cloud-based service business management platform that includes lead capture, CRM, job management, invoicing, and business analytics features designed for service businesses such as plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, and other field service providers.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Impersonate any person or entity

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

6. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new customers. No credit card is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

7. Data Ownership and Privacy

  • You retain all rights to your data
  • We will not access your data except to provide support or comply with legal obligations
  • You are responsible for backing up your data
  • Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect and use your information

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability, with advance notice when possible.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
  • Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data
  • We reserve the right to delete your data after account termination

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by WimSuite and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WIMSUITE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold WimSuite harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
